Buffalo Grove Martial Arts is a state of the art training facility in its own 11,400 square foot facility. the training center offers a safe and friendly environment for all students. Buffalo Grove Martial Arts provides over 5,000 square feet of continuous padded flooring spread over three separate training areas that provide the appropriate space for the students training needs. Unobstructed views of the classrooms are provided to allow viewing of the classes during instruction.

Buffalo Grove Martial Arts also offers a weight training and stretching area for those registered students who would like to work on strength training as well as some extra flexibility training before or after their scheduled training classes. Changing areas as well as a spacious lobby, children's play area and vending area are also available for those who are waiting for their classes to start or their family members to finish their classes.

Buffalo Grove Martial Arts is located near the Target, Sam's Club, Walmart and other conveniences on Lake Cook Road in Buffalo Grove. Parking is available in our adjacent parking lot. Extra parking is available.

With programs for adults and kids alike, you're sure to find something that's just right for you. We have programs for all ages and fitness levels.

Where do the instructors get thier certification from?

Our experts say:
All of the instructors at BGMA have been training in the martial arts for a minimum of 10 years. The karate instructors are all Black Belt instructors who are students of the program itself and have a deep knowledge of the program. The Krav Maga instructors are certified by the Israeli Krav Maga Association and routinly train at the US Headquarters based in Mamilton New Jersey and train at the World Headquarters in Netanya, Israel with Grand Master Haim Gidon.

BGMA offers a variety of martial arts and adult fitness programs, including kids karate, Israeli Krav Maga self defense, cardio kickboxing, yoga, and Zumba. We've been serving Chicago and the northwest suburbs of Illinois for more than ten years, and we have students from areas including Arlington Heights (60004/60005), Buffalo Grove (60089), Wheeling (60090), Palatine (60067/60074), and Prospect Heights (60070). Whether you're looking to learn how to defend yourself or simply looking to get into better shape, we have programs designed for men, women, and children of all ages and fitness levels.
