Where do the instructors get thier certification from?

Our experts say:
All of the instructors at BGMA have been training in the martial arts for a minimum of 10 years. The karate instructors are all Black Belt instructors who are students of the program itself and have a deep knowledge of the program. The Krav Maga instructors are certified by the Israeli Krav Maga Association and routinly train at the US Headquarters based in Mamilton New Jersey and train at the World Headquarters in Netanya, Israel with Grand Master Haim Gidon.

BGMA offers a variety of martial arts and adult fitness programs, including kids karate, Israeli Krav Maga self defense, cardio kickboxing, yoga, and Zumba. We've been serving Chicago and the northwest suburbs of Illinois for more than ten years, and we have students from areas including Arlington Heights (60004/60005), Buffalo Grove (60089), Wheeling (60090), Palatine (60067/60074), and Prospect Heights (60070). Whether you're looking to learn how to defend yourself or simply looking to get into better shape, we have programs designed for men, women, and children of all ages and fitness levels.
